The problemWhy this exists

Misinformation spreads faster than corrections, and headlines are written for clicks. Apprise is built to cut through.

Clearly, directly, and without false equivalence. The aim is simple: make full news coverage easy to reach and reliable to trust — which means telling you how well a story is sourced, not just what it says.

Editorial standardsWhat we stand for

Four constraints. No exceptions.

Trust is built through transparency.

  1. No teasers

We report what happened and why it matters. Direct communication, not attention manipulation.

  2. No hyperbole

We avoid inflated language and manufactured urgency. Clarity stays ahead of virality.

  3. No breaking chase

Being first is not the goal. Being clear, complete, and accurate is.

  4. Independent editorial

Advertising and sponsorship do not influence editorial decisions.

The castMeet the presenters

Meet three of the presenters. All of them synthetic.

Every Apprise anchor is an AI-generated avatar. None of them is a real person, none of them has a newsroom career, and none of them has an opinion — they read reporting compiled from wire copy under editorial review. Describing them honestly is the point: the presenter is not the news.

  • Alice Crier

A measured, level read — the story first, then the context needed to place it.

AI presenter · not a real person

  • Franklin Herald

An unhurried anchor-desk pace: what happened, what is corroborated, and what is still open.

AI presenter · not a real person

  • Thaddeus Papps

Brisk and clear — sourced, direct, and to the point.
